- Burkert flow transmitters operate based on the principle of vibration, and in their operation, they utilize electromagnetic technology for vibration excitation, torsion detection, and signal processing. Therefore, the installation location of the Burkert flow transmitter should not be near large vibration sources, nor should it be installed near equipment that generates strong magnetic fields, such as transformers or motors, to prevent external interference from affecting its normal operation.
- The installation of the Burkert flow transmitter does not require a straight pipe section, but stress should be avoided when the sensor and the pipeline. If there is a deviation in the concentricity between the sensor and the pipeline centerline during the installation of the Burkert flow transmitter, stress will be generated in the vibrating tube. fluctuations, and affecting measurement accuracy [3, 4].
