Description of the Burkert 8045 Electromagnetic Flow Transmitter (Germany): The Burkert 8045 electromagnetic flow meter consists of an electronic module with a backlit display, operating buttons, and a PVDF or stainless steel sensor.
It is suitable for neutral and mildly corrosive liquids with a conductivity greater than 20 µS/cm, ranging from DN06 to DN400.
It features a 4-20 mA output port and a digital output port (pulse output by default). Some versions offer two relay output ports and one digital input port. Flow rate is calculated by two independent accumulators.
Available interfaces include: - G2" interface for PVDF sensors - G2" or clamp interface for stainless steel sensors.
The stainless steel sensor version is suitable for high-pressure (PN16) and high-temperature applications (110°C). The C22 alloy electrode version is suitable for corrosive liquids (chemicals) and seawater applications.
