The gateway transmits internal communication based on CANopen to industrial Ethernet or fieldbus standards. The mass flow controller/meter can switch between büs and CANopen communication at any time. The 8746 model can be configured as MFM or MFC as needed. A thermally embedded sensor directly in the total current enables fast response time and high measurement accuracy during long-term stable calibration.
