Burkert 8025T Transmitter Product Introduction: The 8025T Burkert insertion flow transmitter is specifically designed for neutral, slightly corrosive liquids free of solid particles. The integrated Burkert transmitter includes an electronic module and a Burkert turbine sensor.
As liquid flows through the pipe, the turbine begins to rotate and generates a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate in the transmitter (coil type for battery power, Hall type for others). The electronic module within the German Burkert transmitter converts this frequency signal into various output signals.
The Burkert insertion fitting system allows for easy installation of the sensor in all pipes from DN15 to DN400.
The Burkert 8025 T-type flow transmitter is available in the following forms: ● Burkert universal integrated transmitter ● Burkert split transmitter (panel-mount or wall-mount), compatible with commercially available standard flow sensors ● Burkert split transmitter (panel-mount or wall-mount) wall-mount), compatible with Burkert 8020/8030 sensors.
The 8025T Burkert flow transmitter provides a standard signal or pulse output signal proportional to the flow rate. In addition, this transmitter features a flow display, two accumulators (total accumulator and daily accumulator), and two programmable relay outputs. Battery-powered models can display instantaneous and cumulative flow rates.
A convenient multilingual operating menu includes special functions such as Teach-in (for K-coefficient calibration) and flow simulation (for dry-state testing systems).
