• This compact position controller is designed for integration into pneumatic actuators of the 23xx/2103 series process control valves and is specifically designed for hygienic process conditions. The control air passage in the actuator is integrated without external piping. Easy operation and numerous additional software functions are available via a large backlit image display and membrane keypad or through the Bürkert Communicator software. The positioner detects valve position non-wear-free using a non-contact analog position sensor. Integrated diagnostic functions allow monitoring of the control valve's operating conditions. In accordance with NE107 (NAMUR), valve diagnostic information is displayed via status signals and recorded as historical entries. The valve body, made of chemical-resistant materials, is easy to clean and provides practical IP protection for use in hygienic process technologies in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
