Burkert Flow Meter 8012 Flow Switch Model. 556001. This Burkert electromagnetic turbine flow meter is designed for neutral, slightly corrosive solids containing small amounts of liquid. A version is also available for IR transparent liquids in optical measurements.
The 8012 model consists of the S012 base connector and the SE12 electronic module.
Burkert's assembly system simplifies installation for all DN06-DN65 fittings. It can also be integrated into custom valve systems.
With a fundamentally different electronic module type, the 8012 model features a pulse output that generates a flow proportional frequency or functions as an output switch, and also includes a 4…20 mA current output signal.

Electromagnetic Measurement: The 8012 electromagnetic type is specifically designed for neutral, slightly corrosive, and solid-free liquids. The 8012 sensor consists of a connector (S012) and an electronic module (SE12), screwed together.
The sensor generates a programmable frequency pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, which can be easily transmitted and processed by the Burkert split transmitter/display (models 8025/8032). The sensor can also generate programmable digital output signals or 4-20 mA signals.
