Burkert transmitters

The Burkert 8022 transmitter* is a type 8022 flow transmitter/pulse distributor. The Burkert 8022 electronic module can function as a Burkert flow transmitter (with only "Low Power" pulse sensors, models 8020, 8030, and 8070) or a pulse distributor (with all sensor styles, models 8020, 8030, and 8070).

The module processes the Burkert sensor's output signal, displays the measured flow rate in mA, or sends it as a pulse to the signal output. When operating as a Burkert flow transmitter, the Burkert sensor's frequency signal is converted into a 4-20 mA signal (dual-wire operation).

When operating as a pulse distributor, the input frequency is converted into an adjustable output frequency. The operating unit allows switching between the two operating modes.
