Burkert proportional solenoid valve product introduction: Based on the principle of spring-operated solenoid valves that close upon de-energization, the German Burkert proportional solenoid valve achieves a balance between spring force and electromagnetic force from the coil current by modifying the structure of the electromagnetic components.
The valve stroke and/or valve opening are determined by the magnitude of the coil current and/or electromagnetic force. The valve opening is directly proportional to the electromagnetic force.
Burkert's proportional solenoid valves, supplied by Burkert's office, are controlled by a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal, which causes the coil current to vary according to a set value. and maximum flow rates under operating conditions.
Burkert proportional solenoid valves can be used to implement both open-loop and closed-loop control loops. Open-loop loops do not require actual value feedback, while closed-loop control loops adjust based on the deviation between the set value and the actual value.
