Burkert Flow Meter Base - S030 Online Turbine Connector. The S030 Burkert online connector features a built-in turbine for flow measurement with Burkert sensors/transmitters. 8030 and SE30 Ex types, 8032 type, 8035T type, and 8035B type.
When liquid flows through the pipeline, the turbine rotates and generates a pulse signal; the pulse frequency is proportional to the flow rate.
This creates a leak-proof structure: the so-called "bayonet connection" technology detects the turbine rotation non-contactly through the Burkert wall connector. Burkert sensors can be installed or removed without disconnecting the pipeline or interrupting the process system.
