This valve series is a high-performance anode electro-hydraulic servo valve with rated flow rates ranging from 7 MPa to 4 L/min to 63 L/min. The pilot stage is a symmetrical double-nozzle baffle valve driven by a dry torque motor with double air gaps.

The output stage is a cross-spool valve. The spool position is mechanically fed back by a cantilever spring rod.

This series of valves features a simple, robust, reliable structure and long service life. This valve is suitable for position, speed, and force (or pressure) servo control systems, providing high dynamic response.
