- Select JC-203 or HNS-203. (JC-206 or HNS-206 can also be selected.)
- Control the pressure within the range of 0-3 kg.
- Rotate the pressure adjusting screw on the top right until the pointer indicates 0.15 MPa on the scale. This is the upper limit switching value.
- Rotate the pressure adjusting screw on the top left until the pointer indicates 0.05 MPa on the scale. The lower limit switching value = upper limit switching value - switch pressure difference = 0.15 - 0.05 = 0.1. This is the lower limit switching value.
- Electrical circuit controlling the water pump operation: ① Connect to power input. ③ Connect to power output to the water pump. (>0.15 MPa on, <0.1 MPa off)
- When the power is connected, first open the water supply. When the water pressure is greater than 0.15 MPa, the water pump starts working. When the pressure drops to 0.1 MPa, the pressure switch switches to the lower limit, and the water pump stops working to achieve protection.
