WIKA Pressure Transmitter Description: This pressure transmitter model is available in intrinsically safe and explosion-proof (ATEX compliant) versions, both supporting 4…20 mA, 4…20 mA HART®, PROFIBUS®, or FOUNDATION Fieldbus® output signals to meet corresponding application requirements.
All electronic components of the pressure transmitter are explosion-proof, even the explosion-proof version is intrinsically safe, therefore, the instrument can be calibrated in an explosion-proof area while operating.
The WIKA DPT-10 general-purpose transmitter meets a variety of industrial measurement needs, such as flow measurement, level measurement, or filter and pump detection using differential pressure elements. The DPT-10 is equipped with a diaphragm seal, making it suitable for harsh processing conditions.
This model has a measurement range of 0...1 kPa to 0...4 MPa and a static pressure limit up to 42 MPa, meeting the requirements of any application. Furthermore, this transmitter combines internal digital signal processing and a proven sensor to achieve high accuracy and long-term stability.
The WIKA IPT-20 pressure transmitter for petrochemical and food/beverage applications is available in seven different housings, allowing selection of a suitable housing for various operating environments. The housing can rotate freely 330° and is primarily available in plastic, aluminum, and stainless steel.
For demanding applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries, an electropolished stainless steel (316L) housing is also available. Easy to configure and operate, the instrument can be configured and maintained via a display with an optional operating module, which can be installed in four different positions.
The operation menu is logically structured, easy to understand, and offers seven selectable languages. Furthermore, users can use the free PACTware® configuration software to set operating parameters. The instrument-specific DTM allows for easy integration of instruments into corresponding distributed control systems.
