The SAMSON TROVIS 3793-0 (ID: 5795538) is a German special offer valve positioner with high air capacity and modular design, allowing for easy installation or replacement of pneumatic actuators or optional modules.
It is compatible with all linear common and rotary actuators according to VDI/VDE 3847 standards. The SAMSON direct connection, NAMUR rib, and connection according to IEC 60534-6-1 standards are compatible with VDI/VDE.
The 3845 standard rotary actuator features non-contact position sensing with a plain text display device bearing NAMUR Recommendation NE, 107 status and message indicators, integrated diagnostic functions, a simple single knob, and menu-driven operation. Its rotatable reading orientation makes it easy to read in any installation position.
Configuration is via computer using TROVIS-VIEW software through an SSP interface. With four different initialization modes, it can automatically start. All parameters are stored in a non-volatile EEPROM.
The two-wire system has a small electrical load of 495Ω, adjustable shut-off function, automatic zero-point monitoring, integrated temperature sensor and running hour counter, self-diagnostics, and condensed status messages conforming to NAMUR Recommendation NE 107. An integrated EXPERTplus diagnostic pressure sensor monitors supply and signal pressure.
Air capacity is adjustable via software.
