Regarding manual operation: For the non-locking push-button type (standard type), press down in the direction of the arrow, as shown in Figure 1; For the press-and-turn locking type screwdriver operation (D type), press down and then turn back in the direction of the arrow.

If it does not turn back, the effect is the same as the non-locking type, as shown in Figure 2;.

Direct-out type, L, M-type socket type AC specification solenoid valves have a built-in rectifier circuit in the pilot valve section, which can drive the DC coil.

Socket type usage method;

1. Plug insertion

Plug insertion: Hold the latch and plug body with your fingers and insert it straight into the pins. The latch claws will lock into the groove of the cover.

Plug removal: Press down the latch with your thumb and pull the latch claws straight out from the groove.

Connecting the wire to the plug: Peel the insulation from the front end of the wire within 3.2~3.7mm, align the front ends of the core wires, and press them into the wire plug with a tool.

Note that the insulated part of the wire should not enter the area where the core wire is pressed.. 2.

Inserting and Removing the Wire Plug When inserting, insert the wire plug into the square hole of the plug (indicated by + or -) and push it all the way in, allowing the hook on the wire plug to engage with the plug socket and lock it in place.

Then gently pull the wire out to confirm that it is locked. When removing, use a thin stick about 1mm thick to press the hook on the plug socket in, and the wire can then be pulled out of the plug.

If using a wire plug, please widen the hook slightly.

• The plug assembly with the protective cover is for dust protection;

  to prevent foreign objects from entering the plug and causing short circuits;

  The cover is made of electrical-grade neoprene rubber with excellent weather resistance and electrical insulation, but avoid contact with cutting oil, etc.

  Use cylindrical flexible wire for a clean appearance;

• The vent from the pilot valve is concentrated inside the valve and discharged from the vent of the main valve. Use this in situations where the surrounding environment is unpleasant for direct venting from the pilot valve, or in situations where you want to prevent the intrusion of surrounding dust.

  Ensure that the vent is not throttled during piping.
