• Adopts a double piston structure, compact and with high clamping torque;

• Built-in adjustable flow valve;

• Can be equipped with a contactless magnetic switch with indicator light.

• In situations where moving workpieces may cause harm to the human body, or where the pneumatic gripper may clamp fingers, protective covers or other installation countermeasures should be installed;

• In the event of a power outage or pneumatic supply failure, the circuit pressure will drop, resulting in a decrease in clamping force and causing the workpiece to fall. Measures should be taken to prevent it from falling to avoid injury to the human body or the equipment;

• Please use the gripping point within the specified limits;

• When exceeding the specified limits, the finger gripping area will be subjected to excessive torque, reducing the life of the pneumatic gripper. Please refer to the limiting range for each series.

• Attachments should be light and short;

a) Long and heavy attachments generate significant inertial forces during opening and closing, which may cause unstable finger movements or affect the lifespan of the pneumatic gripper;

b) Even if the gripping point is within the limit range, the attachment should still be light and short;

c) For long and large workpieces, larger pneumatic grippers should be selected or multiple pneumatic grippers should be used.

• For extremely fine and thin workpieces, clearance space should be provided on the attachments; otherwise, unstable clamping, positional displacement, or poor clamping may occur.

• Based on the workpiece quality, please select a model with a certain margin of clamping force.

Incorrect model selection may cause the workpiece to fall off. The model should be roughly selected based on the effective clamping force of each series and the workpiece quality.

• The pneumatic gripper must not be used under excessive external force or impact, as this will lead to malfunction.

• Ensure necessary space for maintenance and inspection.

• When installing the pneumatic gripper or attachments, the thread tightening torque must be within the allowable range.

• Excessive torque will cause malfunctions; insufficient torque will result in misalignment or falling.
