Cam roller bearings (yoke roller bearings based on ball bearings) come in two types:

Single row ball rolling element roller bearings:

• Based on the 62 series deep groove ball bearing;
  

• Features a thick outer ring wall, with a standard crown-shaped running surface;

• Both sides are equipped with steel-reinforced nitrile rubber seals;

• A lifetime self-lubricating bearing that cannot be supplemented with lubrication.

Double row ball rolling element bearing:

• Based on the 32 series double row angular contact ball bearing;

• Features a thick outer ring wall, with two running surface designs: standard crown-shaped (series model 3058...C), and cylindrical (flat) (series model 3057...C);

• Features a 30° contact angle, bearing tilting moments together with two ball assemblies;

• Provides two variations with dust covers: steel plate dust covers on both sides extending into grooves on the inner ring (model suffix -2Z), and contact RS seals on both sides (model suffix -2RS1);

• A lifetime self-lubricating bearing under normal operating conditions;

• Relubrication is required in the following situations: contamination by moisture or solid contaminants, or prolonged operation at temperatures above 70°C;

• The inner ring has a lubrication hole: if there is a suitable oil hole in the pin, the bearing can be easily replenished with lubricant. Grease should be applied slowly to avoid damaging the dust cover or seals.

• High Radial Load Capacity

  The thick outer wall can withstand high radial loads while reducing deformation and bending stress.

• Overturning Moment Capacity

  Double-row cam roller bearings can withstand greater overturning moments than single-row cam roller bearings.

• Long service life

  The convex outer race running surface is beneficial for applications where the outer race may tilt relative to the track or where edge stress needs to be minimized.

• Suitable for relatively high speed operation
