- Z0(R)-T, L: with integrated LVDT single/dual position sensor, closed loop, with high dynamic and static characteristics;
- Z0(R) TE, -TEB, -TES, -LE, -LEB, -LES: same as ZO-T, -L, with an integrated electronic amplifier, analog or digital. For the new generation of -AE, -TE, -LE type Atos proportional valves, the electronic amplifier is integrated on the valve, which can be factory pre-tuned to ensure good valve-to-valve interchangeability and simplify installation wiring and system commissioning. Due to these performance improvements, this type of valve has been increasingly used in modern applications and systems. Integrated electronic components are resin-encapsulated to ensure shock resistance, impact resistance, and resistance to climate change;
- all coils are encapsulated in plastic. ATOS proportional valves, such as the RZGO-A-033/100, are available in stock. The RZGO-TERS and AERS type ATOS proportional pressure reducing valves are 3-way direct-acting, with integrated or remote pressure sensors, conforming to ISO 4401 standards. The 0.6mm bore RZMO is also a 3-way ATOS proportional pressure reducing valve, direct-acting, with integrated or remote pressure sensors. The pressure regulation of the ATOS valve is proportional to the input current signal. The ATOS proportional valve works in conjunction with an electronic amplifier (see Section ②). correspond to the input signal supplied to the electronic amplifier. Different forms of this type of ATOS proportional valve are available: ●-ATOS proportional pressure reducing valve TERS type, with integrated pressure sensor⑤ and integrated digital amplifier⑥ pre-adjusted closed-loop control, greatly improving the valve's dynamic and static performance. ●-ATOS proportional pressure reducing valve, AERS type, same as TERS type, but without integrated pressure sensor (remote pressure sensor interface reserved). Pressure reduction is controlled by valve core ②, which is directly acted upon by proportional solenoid ①. ATOS integrated amplifier is factory pre-adjusted for excellent performance;
- valves are interchangeable, simplifying wiring and installation. Standard electrical main connector ⑥ is the same for both TERS and AERS type valves*. Standard 7-pin connector is used for connecting power, analog input signals, and monitoring signals. 12-pin connector is used for optional/Z-type valves.
