The principle of the ASCO pulse working valve is as follows: the diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two chambers, front and rear.
When compressed air is supplied, it enters the rear chamber through the throttling orifice. At this time, the pressure in the rear chamber forces the diaphragm assembly tightly against the valve's output port, placing the ASCO electromagnetic pulse valve in a "closed" state.
The electrical signal from the pulse jet controller causes the armature of the ASCO solenoid pulse valve to move backward, opening the vent in the rear chamber. valve in the "open" state.
