Select a pulse valve with actual pulse air volume, not just the connection port size: the port size of a pulse valve often does not determine its cleaning function.

Choose a pulse valve suitable for high, medium, and low pressure ranges: the pulse valve's pressure resistance should be at least 1~8 kg/cm².

This allows for adjustments to the air tank pressure to maintain good operating resistance and prevent filter clogging if the filter media resistance increases over time.

Ensure consistent manufacturing quality: the valves are manufactured using fully automated production lines equipped with robots and CNC machines, eliminating inconsistencies in quality caused by human error. In a dust removal system, a leak in a single valve can often paralyze the entire system.

Therefore, a low-resistance pulse valve should be selected: the internal structure of the pulse valve needs to ensure a large air volume, a long diaphragm stroke, and a body structure designed according to fluid mechanics to minimize valve resistance.

Due to improper valve body design, some 3” interface valves can only achieve the same air volume as 1~2” interface valves.

Using low-resistance, high-volume pulse valves allows each valve to clean a larger area of filter media, significantly reducing the overall cost of the pulse system.

• When the pulse valve is not energized, the gas enters the pressure-reducing chamber through the constant-pressure pipes in the upper and lower shells and the throttling orifice. Because the valve core blocks the pressure relief orifice under the action of the spring, the gas will not escape, making the pressure in the pressure-reducing chamber and the lower chamber the same. Under the action of the spring, the diaphragm blocks the nozzle, preventing the gas from rushing out.
• When the pulse valve is energized, the valve core lifts upward under electromagnetic force, opening the pressure relief orifice and releasing gas. Due to the throttling effect of the constant pressure pipeline orifice, the outflow velocity of the pressure relief orifice is greater than the inflow velocity of the gas in the constant pressure pipeline of the pressure reducing chamber, causing the pressure in the pressure reducing chamber to be lower than the pressure in the lower air chamber. of the ASCO submerged pulse valve is basically the same as that of the right-angle pulse valve, except that it does not have an air inlet and uses the air tank directly as its lower air chamber. • Spring damage: The spring on the pulse valve core is prone to damage, resulting in the pulse valve continuously releasing air into the blow-off port. The solution is to replace the spring.
• Rubber gasket damage: After prolonged use, the rubber gasket on the pulse valve core is prone to damage, resulting in the pulse valve continuously releasing air into the blow-off port. The solution is to replace the rubber gasket.
• Valve core fouling: Due to unclean air intake, fouling accumulates at the valve core, resulting in continuous air intake at the nozzle or the pulse valve failing to operate after power is applied. diaphragm is prone to fatigue and oxidation, resulting in continuous air release at the pressure relief port and the pulse valve failing to operate. The solution is to replace the diaphragm.
• Clogged or damaged orifice: Unclean air intake can easily lead to clogged orifices, resulting in the pulse valve continuously releasing air into the nozzle. The symptom is that the pulse valve operates after power is relief. applied, and air is released at the pressure relief port, but the pulse valve does not perform pulse application. The solution is to replace the orifice.
